Relax with Goats Reduce Anxiety by Walking in the mountains Animal Meditation Relaxation

Spending time with animals, looking at them, seeing how they eat and how they move is very relaxing. Enjoy this winter goat walk in the mountains of Spain and reduce your anxiety with the help of your animal friends: Sadie (black), Sybil (red), and Stella (white). Our goats eat 90% of their food from wild forage, it’s the healthy and natural way for them to eat but it requires a human to be with them at all times, walking the hills, and protecting them from harm. This is my life as a modern goat herder, regardless of the weather I am out there with them experiencing nature, even if it is cold!
